Funds on your Financial Aid Offer Notification are tentative andbased on full-time enrollment status (12+ units) in approved college credit classes. Funds are subject to adjustment if you are enrolled in less than full-time (12 units) and by your Student Aid Index (SAI) limitations.

How to select your payment* preference with BankMobile Disbursements:

  • Login to your Self-Service account
  • Click on FINANCIAL AID MENU then click on "BankMobile Options" under RESOURCES /HELPFUL HINTS section
  • You will access BankMobile Disbursements site, set up your profile, and make your disbursement selection
    *Note: BMTX, Inc. refers to Financial Aid disbursements (or payments) as "refunds."
  • Students who are under 16 years of age cannot select a refund preference.

A check will be mailed from Rancho Santiago Community College District. Actual refunds of tuition are not paid through BankMobile Disbursements. This is handled through our Cashier's Office

SCC Scholarships​ are not paid through BankMobile Disbursements. You do not need a BankMobile Profile to receive your SCC Scholarship. Scholarships are paid by check and must be collected from SCC's Cashier's OfficeThird-Party Servicer Contract for Refund Management

Important Notice for Transfer Students – BankMobile Disbursements

If you previously used BankMobile Disbursements at another institution, you will need to create a new BankMobile profile for SCC through Self-Service. Please note that you must use a different email address than the one associated with your previous institution.

If the email address used at your former school is the same as the one currently on file with SCC, you will need to update your email in your Self-Service account before proceeding. You will be able to register with BankMobile Disbursements approximately 24 hours after any required updates are made.
