Federal Work-Study (FWS) is a financial aid program that provides part-time jobs for students with financial need. It allows students to earn money to help pay for their education while gaining work experience. FWS jobs are typically on-campus or with nonprofit organizations, and students are paid at minimum wage or above. To qualify for FWS, students must submit the FAFSA and demonstrate financial need. Work hours are flexible around class schedules.
