The Counseling Department will deliver an integrated system of services designed to enhance student success by providing the highest level of timely and effective information. Counseling faculty will serve the educational, career and personal needs of students with a level of academic rigor that will launch the student's successful college career.

Need a fast answer? Connect with a counselor virtually for 10-15 minute Express Services. Drop in via Zoom for help with quick questions such as:
- General transfer and graduation related questions
- Course Access: Prerequisite/corequisite clearances and equivalencies/waivers.
- Registration & Units: 1 or 2 semester planning, general education, registration issues.
- Policies & Forms: Deadlines, withdrawals, repeats, Pass/No Pass, and Overload petitions.
- English and math course placement, chemistry test results
- General quick questions
45-Minute Counseling Appointments
Meet with a counselor in-person or online for a 45-minute appointment. Appointments
may be scheduled up to two weeks in advance by calling (714) 628-4800.
In-Person Drop-In Counseling
Drop-in counseling is available daily for quick questions and support. Session are
approximately 10-15 minutes. Counselor availability may vary due to unforeseen scheduling
circumstances.
