The goal of the Ferragamo Flag Football League (FFFL) is to provide a fun learning environment for kids in grades 1-8 of all football
skill levels to focus on mental approach, athleticism, and overall fun of the game.
The Ferragamo Flag Football League is different from most as we bring years of football
experience to the table with directors consisting of football legends and Hall of

well as the convenience of any time, anywhere learning!
You need to register and pay your registration fees in advance. It is important that you register as early as possible to assure a space in the class of your choice and to avoid your class being cancelled due to low enrollment. Although you may register for a class up until the day it is held, there are no guarantees that there will be a seat available for you. Classes may fill up early or cancel due to low enrollment, so please watch your calendar.
Registration received by mail will be confirmed if you send a self-addressed stamped
envelope. Registration received by phone and online will receive a confirmation. Confirmations
will be emailed to the email provided at registration. If no email was provided you
will not receive confirmations, updates or information about your class/tour. If you
do not receive a confirmation within 5 business days, call our office at (714) 480-7443.
Non-receipt of confirmation does not warrant a refund.
Refund and transfer requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the class start date and are subject to a $25 processing fee per person. Any cancellations or transfer request made the same week ( 5 days prior) to the start of the class are NOT eligible for a refund or transfer. A voucher can be requested in its place. Day Tours may be canceled up to 10 days prior to departure minus a $25 processing fee. A refund will only be issued if your space can be re-sold. You may send a substitute in place. Non receipt of confirmation does not warrant a refund for any event.
A $25 fee will be charged for a returned check and an administrative hold on your student records will be issued. Refunds issued by cash, check or money order are handled by our Student Business Office. A completed W-9 Form is required and may take 4-5 weeks to process.
Parking: Daily $2.00 parking permits are required seven days a week & are available for purchase
at the permit dispensers located in each parking lot on campus. Information will be
stored electronically. (No printed tickets will dispense)
You can also purchase the permits online at https://rsccd.thepermitportal.com/ . Select the “Guest” tab. You will be asked to register your car into the system
(have your Vehicle year, make/model and Plate number ready before hand). Do NOT park
in Staff spaces or you will be ticketed.
Permit Costs
All vehicles parked on our campuses (except for 30 minute visitor parking) must have
purchased a permit and registered their vehicle either online or through the daily
parking meter located in every lot. There are two options, either purchase a semester
parking permit, currently $30, online through Self-Service or visitors can purchase
a $2 daily parking permit which allows parking in any student parking lot for that
day. Failure to purchase a parking permit may result in a citation being issued.
Where can I park once I have purchased a permit?
Permits are valid in any district parking lot marked student.
Do I need to display my permit?
No, the permit is now virtual.
Motorcycles, Mopeds, Bicycles
No permit is required if parked in designated area. Use of vehicular stall requires
a permit. Once purchased, refunds for parking permits, are made only if classes are
dropped during the first two weeks. Please contact the Business Office.
Disabled Parking Areas
Several areas on campus are designated for Disabled Parking. Vehicles in these areas
are required to display a (1) current RSCCD parking permit as well as (2) one of the
following: District-issued disabled permit, state placard or special state license
plate. Permits are available in the Disabled Student Programs and Services in E-105.
