​​​​​With a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, the Professional Development Committee oversees and promotes professional growth opportunities that will enhance the college's efforts with providing effective instruction, delivering comprehensive support services, and fostering student success.

Responsibilities

• Seek funds to support college-wide professional development
• Implement, review, and evaluate application and reporting processes
• Assist in the planning of professional development activities during PD week for fall and spring and throughout the academic year
• Review, recommend, and evaluate professional development activities throughout the academic year
• Maintain records and data of the professional development activities
