Description:

Covering a cake with Fondant is not as difficult as it looks. Fondant is versatile and it is a great way to decorate cakes. This dough-like material can be shaped into pretty much anything, which is why it is so widely used. This class will show you the basic steps of how to cover a cake with Fondant and how to decorate it using a couple different techniques and my family secrets. Students responsible for bringing their own fondant, 6 in cake and butter cream.
