Spring 2022 SCC/OEC Laptop Loaner Program
The SCC/OEC Loaner Laptop Program is for students who do not have access to technology at home and are in need of a loaner laptop to participate in credit and/or noncredit courses for Spring 2022.
You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in the program:
Credit students must be enrolled in 6 or more units at Santiago Canyon College during the Spring 2022 term.
Noncredit student eligibility is based on program enrollment and will be determined by OEC staff.
Santa Ana College students please visit the Digital Dons website for technology needs.
How To Get a Loaner Laptop:
Step 1: Submit a Laptop Loaner Program Participation Request by completing one of the forms below.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment
Upon completion of the participation request form, your information will be reviewed by college staff.
Once your eligibility to participate has been confirmed, you will receive an email invitation with a link to SignUpGenius, our appointment scheduling website. Simply follow the link in the email message and reserve your pick-up time.

Service Entrance of the Lorenzo A. Ramirez Library, located near Parking Lot 6
Device Distribution Process:
Students arriving on campus will need to park in an available parking stall in parking lot 6 and walk to the service entrance of the library building, which is facing the parking lot. Signage will be posted outside the service entrance door.
Students must wear a face mask and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from others students at all times.
In order to be issued a loaner device, you MUST have the following with you at the time of your appointment:
- Student ID Number
- Photo ID (Student ID or CA Driver License)
- Home or Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Completed Loaner Laptop Agreement (to be read and signed on site)

Wireless Hotspot Program
SCC is offering a wireless hotspot for those that may not have internet access or their access is not as sufficient.
Please email SCCares@sccollege.edu your student ID number and your full name to request a hotspot.
Limited quantities, first-come, first-served basis.
The service is through T-Mobile/Sprint. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this Service and cannot provide any guarantee that the services will be reliable. In-home services will likely provide better reliability and this service is not intended to supplement the internet service to your house. Limited to 1 per household.
