The Real Estate Program at Santiago Canyon College offers courses that fulfill the educational requirement to sit for the Real Estate Salesperson exam. For the requirements to take the state broker’s test, see the California Department of Real Estate for specific licensing requirements.
Courses also respond to the educational needs of students interested in related real estate careers or obtaining a general knowledge about real estate. Courses are offered online.
