VRC Certification Forms

Your certification request and your VRC file will be reviewed after you complete the request and hit submit.

A VRC Staff member will reach out to you via email if additional information or documentation is needed.

 

Certification Request Form

This form is used to initiate the certification of your benefits at Santiago Canyon College. You must have already registered for courses for the term you are requesting certification. This form must be requested for EACH TERM. Please note: If you are a GUEST STUDENT- do not fill this form you will need to submit a Guest Certification Request below.

Guest Certification Request Form

This form is used to initiate the certification of your VA education benefits as a GUEST STUDENT. This means your primary (parent) school is another institution. This form must be submitted EACH TERM after you have registered for classes at SCC. A parent School Letter is required form your home campus prior to any certification.

Add or Drop Form (For changes after original submittal)

This form is used to report any changes to your class schedule AFTER your initial certification request for VA education benefits has been submitted. This includes dropping a course or requesting to add to initial request.
