Activity Forms

All official club activities should be conducted after submitting the necessary paperwork to the SCC Office of Student Life & Leadership. All forms are available through Basecamp, the official ICC communication platform and hub. Every official student club should be able to access this platform through their Inter-Club Council representative (or other designated officer). For guidance regarding accessing necessary forms, please contact the ICC President​.

​Event Complexity Tier List

When planning your event, please consider the SLL Event Complexity Tier List We strive to facilitate your event planning needs, but certain types of activities may require additional paperwork or arrangements to be made that take additional lead time to confirm. To guarantee we are able to meet your needs, please refer to the tier list and determine the category your event falls into. If the desired date for your event falls within the minimum "lead time" for your event's tier, please consider rescheduling or rein visioning your event to allow for sufficient "lead time".
