ORANGE, Calif. - Registration is now open for Summer and Fall 2025 at Santiago Canyon College (SCC), the top-rated community college in Orange County according to Niche.com. SCC offers students flexible scheduling, career-focused programs, and transfer pathways—all with the possibility of free tuition for eligible students.

Whether you're working toward a degree, gaining workforce skills, or planning to transfer to a university, SCC offers more than 220 degree and certificate programs, including 28 associate degrees for transfer.

Free Tuition for Eligible Students

 Through the California College Promise Grant and SCC’s Hawk Promise Program, first-time, full-time students may qualify for up to two years of free tuition and fees. Additional financial aid and support services are available for students of all backgrounds.

Apprenticeship and BCE Training Programs

 SCC offers hands-on apprenticeship programs in fields such as electrical, carpentry, and child development, allowing students to earn while they learn. The college’s Business & Career Education (BCE) division provides short-term certificate programs in high-demand industries, preparing students for the workforce in as little as one semester.

Noncredit Courses for Career Advancement and Personal Growth

SCC’s Continuing Education Division offers noncredit courses in English as a Second Language (ESL), computer literacy, workplace skills, and more—free of charge and open to all adults in the community.

University Transfer Made Easy

 SCC students can take advantage of transfer agreements with several four-year universities and colleges, including UCLA and Cal State Fullerton. SCC’s strong transfer success is supported by personalized academic advising and university partnerships.
