Developing Equitable Curriculum Instruction & Design (DECIDE)
⭐What is DECIDE?
- A faculty exploration of redesigning courses for student equity and success.
- 8-week asynchronous Canvas course that guides faculty through self-evaluation of their pedagogy with peer-to-peer support and review.
- Through an equitable lens, faculty will inventory their courses.
Eligibility:
All Faculty (part-time, full-time, tenure track, and tenured) from credit and noncredit who taught at least one course in Spring 2026 and has a current assignment this Fall 2026 are eligible to participate. We are seeking a maximum of 10 faculty this semester.

September 21 to November 15, 2026
🏆Compensation:
$500 stipend upon successful completion of discussions, activities, and deliverables, plus required attendance at two synchronous Zoom meetings on Friday, October 9 and Friday, November 13, each from 2:00pm to 3:30pm.
