Description:
The drone industry continues to have a positive impact on many industries like photography, construction, public safety, delivery, inspection and more. There are endless opportunities and careers that are created in this rapidly growing field. Aerial photography is the most widely used drone application touching upon entertainment, real estate, inspection, mapping, and many other industries. Using cameras on drones introduces a new perspective, but also many new concepts that need to be taken into consideration. After this course, students will know how to use capture and edit drone photography in numerous applications for professional applications. Students will be assessed on their abilities above through quizzes and ability to capture and edit quality drone photos for various applications.

1.    Prerequisites

·         Computer (Laptop preferred) with Windows 7/8/10 or Mac OSX 10.10+

·         Stable broadband internet connection

·         Sensofly Drone Flight Drone Flight Piloting Skills (Or existing manual drone flight experience)

·         Luminar 3 by Skylum (https://skylum.com/fr/luminar-3-for-free)

 

No drone or flight experience required!

You are welcome to bring your own drone. We recommend a drone with a HD camera and a 3-axis gimbal. We recommend DJI Mavic (any type) https://www.dji.com/
