Our certified Reiki Level I class introduces students to the fundamentals of energy healing through the Japanese technique of
Reiki. Participants will learn about the history of Reiki, how energy flows through the body, and how to conduct self-healing and healing for others. This course includes an energetic attunement, hands-on practice, and a Level I Reiki Certification upon completion. It is perfect for individuals looking to begin their healing journey, support loved ones, or deepen their understanding of holistic wellness. No prior experience is required.
