Mat Pilates is a series of exercises created to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Pilates focuses on six principles: centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flow. Join us in this low impact workout to help streghthen your core, become more flexible and have an overall full body conditionining. NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.
