Description:

Jelly Art is made from a high quality gelatin with a few extra ingredients. Edible and colored liquids are injected in a clear gelatin base to create an artistic design, often flowers and leaves, to create an extremely impressive edible dessert. Toward the end of the course you will get a detailed step-by-step demonstration of creating a masterpiece. Working on these culinary 3D gelatin classes will advance your skills and help you with many other floral creations. $40 material payable to the instructor
