INSTRUCTIONS: High school students that have been authorized by their high school counselor and parent/legal guardian to register in recommended SCC-Continuing Education courses must submit this application to register and transfer credits/grades earned to their home school. Upon submission, your application will be forwarded to the OEC Admissions & Records office at oecadmissions@rsccd.edu for processing. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your application. A confirmation email will be sent to the student email provided on this form when your class(es) are added.
