In these weekly meditation classes we will practice different kinds of meditation like breath meditation, visualizations, body scan, walking meditation, loving kindness meditation and more. You will discover first hand the many benefits of meditation through consistent practice. Scientific research has shown that meditation can bring more happiness into your life and help you deal more effectively with stress, illness, anxiety, depression, and pain. Whether you've never meditated before or you're an experienced practitioner you'll benefit from each meditation practice.
