Fall/Spring/Summer Registration Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Fridays  8:30am-12:00pm
Saturday & Sunday -No In-Person Registration Available
Registration Fees:
You need to register and pay your registration fees in advance. It is important that you register as early as possible to assure a space in the class of your choice and to avoid your class being cancelled due to low enrollment. Although you may register for a class up until the day it is held, there are no guarantees that there will be a seat available for you. Classes may fill up early or cancel due to low enrollment, so please watch your calendar.
Registration received by mail will be confirmed if you send a self-addressed stamped envelope. Registration received by phone and online will receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 business days, call our office at (714) 480-7443. Non-receipt of confirmation does not warrant a refund.
Refunds & Transfers:
Refund and transfer requests must be made three (5) business days prior to the event and are charged a $15 processing fee per person, per class. If you are unable to attend a class, you may send a substitute in your place. TRAVEL
TOURS may be cancelled up to ten (10) business days prior to departure less a $15 processing fee. A refund will only be issued if your space can be re-sold. Non-receipt of confirmation does not warrant a refund. No refunds will be given once a class has been held - no exceptions. Classes that do not meet a minimum number of participants may be cancelled. In the event this should happen, participants will be notified in advance and issued a refund in full.
Returned Checks & Refunds by Check, Cash or Money Order:
A $25 fee will be charged for a returned check and an administrative hold on your student records will be issued. Refunds issued by cash, check or money order are handled by our Student Business Office. A completed W-9 Form is required and may take 4-5 weeks to process.
Parking Policy:
Daily parking permits are required seven days a week and are available for $ 2.00 (coin or dollar) at the permit dispensers located in each parking lot on campus. Daily permits should be placed face-up on your car dashboard. See campus map for Parking Permit Dispenser lot locations.
