Conference Room/Classroom Reservation

Conference Room(s) and Classroom(s) Reservation Requests for school related activities may be submitted by the following steps, accordingly.

Request the reservation of the Conference Room(s)

  1. Check for Availability
    Go to
    Find the Menu box (on the left), click "Meeting Room Booking System"
    Click "MRBS"  This is the master schedule for all "Areas" (upper left)
    Click on an "Area" and desired date to view availability (Use of Common Area  requires VP approval)
  2. Use the "Meeting Request Form" found at under "Meeting Room Booking System".  Fill in the appropriate fields and submit the request by clicking  "Submit My Request" at the bottom of the page.  When your request is completed, you will receive notification.
