Sing 3 solo songs in English and 1 solo song in a foreign language.These memorized outcomes will be assessed by in-class performance using the Vocal Audition For SLO Assessment Form.  Students will choose one song and instructor will choose one song from the four songs in category listed above. Grade is as follow: 90 points or above A 80 to 89 points = B 70 to 79 points = C 60 to 69 points = D

MUS188 - Advanced Classical Guitar Technique and Repertoire

Acquire and demonstrate abilities necessary from further advanced and solo performance practices through study of Renaissance, Baroque, and Classical, Romantic, and 20th century ornamentation, grace notes, slur technique, ascending/descending legatos, tempo rubato, portamento and sforzando techniques associated with 16th through 20th century styles. These outcomes will be assessed internally developed applied examination.
