PROGRAM OUTCOMES

- Better manage apprehension in communication settings.
- Present the self appropriately and effectively through verbal and nonverbal communication.
The department provides two primary areas of emphasis; interpersonal skills and the presentation of Self in public. The SCC Department of Communication is currently chartered as the Omicron Chapter of the Sigma Chi Eta Communication Honors Society.
