Did you know that according to Title 5 restrictions, a student cannot repeat a course after previously receiving a passing grade? Furthermore, we do not allow students to "audit" a class (attend classes without actually enrolling.) This can be troublesome when it comes to Water Utility Science. The industry is forever evolving, and workers need to stay current with the emerging technology.  

There is another option, Legally Mandated for Training/Employment. It requires official verification from a training program or employer (a letter from your employer on letterhead) stating you are required to repeat this course for your job.
