Personal:​ Molly was named to the All-Academic Team in her senior year of High School along with earning honors as the Orange County Athletic Director Association Athlete of Character & Honor.  She was a two-year ASB member and earned academic honors all 4 years.  She is the daughter of Lane and Della Smith and states that her father has had the greatest influence on her life because, “he is always supportive in whatever I do and spends countless hours catching me in the bullpen.”
