The Colleague module named “Self-Service" will be replacing WebAdvisor on 2021.
The Self-Service module is currently live, but it only houses the students' Education Plan and Degree Audit.
Setup and testing will begin this Summer to roll out other student and faculty functionality.
A&R and Financial Aid will be implementing most of the student related modules.
The TEC committee will look for faculty volunteers to start testing the new faculty functionality in the Fall
This will include new add code functionality, grades, drops, rosters, and email communication.
Of importance would be identifying any gaps in functionality that would be needed.
A branding effort will also be launched to give Self-Service a name that SAC and SCC can identify with.
