Ballroom Dance Resource

Extensive information for beginning and experienced ballroom dance enthusiasts. Included are history of and instruction in the waltz, tango, foxtrot, Viennese waltz, cha cha, rumba, salsa, east and west coast swing, and the lindy hop. Each dance includes video clips demonstrating various steps (requiring QuickTime or Windows Media Player). Each month a different dance technique is presented. Also included are Technical Tips , a discussion forum, glossaries of terms and abbreviations, and a FAQ.
