Water Conservation Demonstration Garden - The Orange County Coastkeeper Garden -- a native plant display, water conservation site and "water wise" demonstration garden for local homeowners -- is being installed on the SCC campus through several grants with the original funding from The Metropolitan Water District. Water Education Seminar- Sponsored by the American Water Works Association (AWWA ), "WES" (previously known as the Educational Extravaganza) is held at SCC every August. Join us for water industry "contact hours" seminars on current and emerging topics. If you are interested in a future career in the water utilities, attending this event is a great way to get started.
